The proportion of subjects in each treatment group with a reduction of at least two percentage points from baseline and an IGA score of 0 (clear) or 1 (almost clear) at week 12 compared to baseline; absolute change from baseline in non-inflammatory lesion count (NILC) and inflammatory lesion count (ILC) in each treatment group at week 12.
